By accessing or using Deck Studio ("the Service"), operated by Fairwater Software, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Deck Studio is an AI-powered deck building tool for Magic: The Gathering Arena. The Service allows you to import your MTGA card collection and generate deck recommendations based on the cards you own and the strategy you describe.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond its intended functionality
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including your card collection data and deck building preferences. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by Fairwater Software, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content obtained through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fairwater Software, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
