Colorless Artifact Aggro

A colorless artifact aggro deck that goes wide with cheap artifacts, pumps the team with Steel Overseer, and uses Mind Stone to ramp into Ugin, the Ineffable for card advantage and removal.

Steel Overseer taps to place a +1/+1 counter on each artifact creature you control, turning Ornithopter, Gingerbrute, Hangarback Walker, and Stonecoil Serpent into real threats. Hangarback Walker and Stonecoil Serpent scale with +1/+1 counters and act as flexible mana sinks. Jhoira's Familiar makes every artifact cost less so you can deploy multiple threats per turn. Bomat Courier attacks early and can be sacrificed to refill your hand, while Mazemind Tome provides steady card selection. Mind Stone accelerates into Ugin and can be sacrificed for a card when you no longer need the mana.

Keep hands with 2-3 lands, at least one cheap artifact, and either a Steel Overseer or a scalable threat like Hangarback Walker or Stonecoil Serpent. Mulligan hands that are all lands, all expensive cards, or that lack any meaningful early play.

Early: deploy Ornithopter, Gingerbrute, and Bomat Courier, then resolve Steel Overseer. Mid: grow the team with Steel Overseer, add Hangarback Walker or Stonecoil Serpent, and use Mind Stone to ramp or cycle into more action. Late: resolve Ugin, the Ineffable for card advantage and removal, and finish with an unanswered board.

Sweepers and mass artifact removal punish the go-wide plan, and spot removal on Steel Overseer slows the snowball significantly. The deck has limited hard removal outside Ugin and can struggle against fliers or heavy lifegain. Watch out for mana flooding with too many lands or screw without cheap action.
