A Selesnya lifegain Cat deck that makes an ever-growing pack of Pridemates and Cat tokens.
Ajani's Pridemate and Brightblade Stoat grow whenever you gain life. Enduring Innocence, Sheltered by Ghosts, and Ajani, Nacatl Pariah all create enter-the-battlefield triggers that gain life or make Cat tokens, which pumps those creatures. Innkeeper's Talent and Bristly Bill, Spine Sower multiply +1/+1 counters, turning a wide Cat army into an overwhelming board.
Keep a hand with at least two lands and an early play like Llanowar Elves, Ajani's Pridemate, or Brightblade Stoat. Mulligan hands with no early creature, only expensive cards, or missing a colored source.
Early: play Llanowar Elves into a two-drop lifegain creature. Mid: use Get Lost and Sheltered by Ghosts to clear blockers while gaining life and growing your cats. Late: use Ajani, Nacatl Pariah to create Cat tokens, then pump the board with Bristly Bill and Innkeeper's Talent to finish with a lethal stampede.
Board wipes reset your counters and token army. Exile removal on Ajani or Bristly Bill can stop the engine, and the deck can struggle against very fast aggression without an early blocker.
