Mono-Green Dino Value

A ramp-heavy mono-green midrange deck that overwhelms with Dinosaurs and uses Garruk's Uprising to turn every large threat into extra cards.
Garruk's Uprising draws a card whenever a creature with power 4 or greater enters. The Skullspore Nexus creates a 7/7 Ghalta, Primal Hunger token on entry, so it both provides immediate Dinosaur pressure and triggers Garruk's Uprising for another card. Hulking Raptor and Loot, Exuberant Explorer accelerate your mana into the top end, while Pugnacious Hammerskull pressures the opponent early. Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant finishes matches once you have enough green mana.
Keep hands with three or four lands and at least one early play or ramp spell. Mulligan slow hands full of five-plus mana cards with no Bushwhack, Loot, or Intrepid Paleontologist to develop the board.
Early: use Bushwhack and cheap utility creatures to curve into the midgame. Mid: deploy Hulking Raptor, Pugnacious Hammerskull, and Sentinel of the Nameless City while using Garruk's Uprising to keep the hand full. Late: cast The Skullspore Nexus or Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant to create massive Ghalta / dinosaur threats and trample over the opponent's defenses.
Board sweepers can reset the game because the deck wins by committing large creatures. It also has very little instant-speed interaction, so fast combo or planeswalker-heavy strategies can be difficult to answer if you do not pressure them quickly.
