Boros Blitz

A lightning-fast Boros aggro deck that uses cheap creatures, burn spells, and mouse synergy to win before the opponent can stabilize.

Heartfire Hero grows whenever another Mouse enters, and Manifold Mouse gives Mice double strike, turning a wide board into lethal damage. Monastery Swiftspear and Emberheart Challenger get bigger from your burn spells, while Lightning Helix both clears blockers and gains life to fuel Ajani's Pridemate.

Keep any hand with two or three lands and at least one one-drop, ideally Monastery Swiftspear or Healer's Hawk. Mulligan hands with four or more lands, no one- or two-drop, or only the wrong colors.

Early: curve Monastery Swiftspear or Healer's Hawk into Heartfire Hero or Emberheart Challenger, using Shock and Lightning Strike to remove blockers. Mid: Manifold Mouse grants double strike to a lethal attacker, and Screaming Nemesis punishes blocking or removal while you keep the pressure on. Late: finish with Lightning Helix and direct burn to the face, because the deck is designed to win before control or ramp can take over.

This deck loses to board wipes and heavy removal if you overextend. It also has almost no card advantage, so a stabilized opponent with life gain can run you out of threats. Use your burn wisely: sometimes removing a blocker matters more than racing.
